All shares held by minority shareholders have been transferred to the principal shareholder, a holding company controlled by investment funds, vehicles and accounts advised and managed by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts &amp; Co. L.P. (KKR). Minority shareholders will receive a cash settlement of EUR&nbsp;17.23 per share held in ENCAVIS AG from the principal shareholder.
