Encavis acquires 80\u2011megawatt Vietl\u00fcbbe wind farm in Germany<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Hamburg, 7 May 2026<\/b> \u2013 Encavis, a next\u2011generation independent power producer (IPP) based in Hamburg, Germany, has further expanded its German wind portfolio with the acquisition of the Vietl\u00fcbbe onshore wind farm from the UKA Group. The project, with an installed capacity of around 80 megawatts, is the largest wind energy acquisition in Encavis\u2019 German portfolio to date and represents another key step in the company\u2019s growth strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The wind farm is located in the Ludwigslust\u2011Parchim district in Mecklenburg\u2011Western Pomerania. It comprises 14 wind turbines and has been in operation since October\/November 2025. Expected annual electricity generation is around 200 gigawatt hours.
